FAQs
How often can I use The Microneedle?
Use once a week at most, so skin has time to heal and rebuild collagen.
Can I reuse the needles?
No. These are designed to be one-time use to avoid infection and bacterial contamination.
There is still so much serum left in the vial after I’ve microneedled my face, neck and chest. What do I do?
We intentionally gave you extra serum so that you can use it (without the needle) the next morning as well. Just toss the needle head in the recycling bin after one use, re-plug the bottle with the silicone stopper and apply the extra serum the next day after cleansing.
How is this different than a derma roller?
Derma rollers drag across skin causing micro tears. The Microneedle works on the skin at a precise angle and depth causing intentional punctures. In addition, because derma rollers are reusable, the needles get dull after a few uses causing damage to skin and can harbor bacteria as they are notoriously hard to clean. The Microneedle is also pre-filled with a vitamin-packed serum so there are two treatments working at once.
What do I put on after I microneedle?
Nothing. Allow The Microneedle Luminosity Serum to work its magic on skin overnight. In the morning, you can resume your normal routine.
Do I wash my face after I microneedle?
No. The Microneedle releases a serum that forms a mask on skin, you should keep it on overnight for maximum benefits. Wash your face the next morning.
The serum feels a bit sticky, why?
These ingredients are unadulterated and it's the natural texture of the vitamins. After a few minutes, the stickiness disappears.
How do I prevent the serum from dripping while I microneedle?
As you microneedle, periodically press the serum into skin to allow it to further absorb and to prevent it from running.
Why does the color of the serum vary from box to box?
The natural vitamins and active ingredients that make up the brightening serum can range in color from clear to amber. This is normal and the color does not define its efficacy or potency.
